SHIPPING POLICY

Orders generally ship within seven business days. Shipping is already included in the price, and orders will be shipped by the best method for the order size and destination.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we are not capable of shipping orders outside of the United States.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your experience. Orders are considered a donation to the McCormick for Governor campaign. No refund will be given except in the case of material damage or defect upon your order’s arrival. If the damage or defect cannot be verified over the phone or via email contact, you may need to return the item to us for inspection before a determination can be made as to a potential refund. Please contact us within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order to report any issues.

  1. Refunds are limited to amounts actually paid by you. This does not include the promotional value of any special offer or discount.
  2. In cases where the return/refund is due to your order arriving damaged or with a defect confirmed by us, we will in our sole discretion either (a) provide you with a prepaid return shipping label, (b) reimburse your cost of return shipping, or (c) direct you to discard the damaged or defective product. For all other cases, return shipping costs are your responsibility. Shipping and handling charges may apply to Services and Products that are otherwise offered on a free or promotional basis.

Can I change the items or the shipping info after I complete my order?

  • If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to make certain changes.
  • If your order has already shipped, unfortunately there is no longer anything we can do to change it.
  • We can generally make changes to the shipping address and the purchaser contact information associated with the order.
  • In most cases we cannot change, add or remove the retail items purchased in your order. There are customer protection processes in place that prevent us from adding new charges to your order, or changing the existing charges.
  • If you absolutely need to change the items in your order, please contact us at the email below. We will cancel your original order and issue a refund. You will then be able to place a new order with the correct item information that you need.

I received my order, but items are missing/damaged/wrong:

  • We try our best to ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately, however mistakes do (rarely) happen.
  • If you received an order that is missing items, contains the wrong items, or contains damaged items please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond as quickly as possible with information on how to process your return.
  • Your request must arrive within 14 days from the time your order was delivered.
  • If your damaged item is discontinued, we can provide you a with a different item or refund your purchase.
